Shipping Cost
UPS Ground Shipping is FREE with your order of $100 or more. For orders under $100, UPS Ground shipping is just $7.95 (excludes Tumi brand merchandise and quantity special orders). These offers apply only to orders placed online through sharonluggage.com. Regular shipping charges based on weight and destination apply for phone orders and orders purchased and shipped from our stores.
Next Day and Second Day shipping costs are based on UPS rates using the weight and size of your order, and will appear in your cart at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Shipping Time
Next Day and Second Day orders received before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day, or the next business day if received after 1 PM (unless otherwise noted) by the fastest yet most efficient method. Next Day and Second Day orders count business days only and not weekends or holidays. See a holiday list below.
Ground orders will be shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise noted). However, we're pretty quick—most orders ship within 24 hours! UPS guarantees the delivery for every ground package you ship to any address in the 48 contiguous states (or your shipping charges refunded). See the map below to find out how long it will take any package shipped via UPS Ground to reach you from our warehouse in North Carolina. Some merchandise ships to you directly from the manufacturer from different locations throughout the US. However, this rarely affects processing or ship time. If there will be any delay, we will contact you. If you are unsure how long it will take, contact us. Shipping guarantee exceptions include circumstances beyond UPS control (adverse weather, disasters, etc.), customer order errors (incomplete shipping addresses, etc.), in which case shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Pen Refill Orders
All pen refill orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service FREE of shipping charges. This will be done automatically at checkout—simply select Ground service as your shipping option. (For FREE shipping, refill order must be separate from other merchandise.
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipping via Ground service will often be shipped US Post Office Priority Mail. Larger items to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to additional shipping charges based on UPS rates. If so, we will contact you.
APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses directly, however, we recommend APO Box for all APO FPO shipping. Sign up for a free account at www.apobox.com and use your new US address for your order. Please note, once your order reaches your APO Box address, it is in the hands of APO Box, not Sharon Luggage, and further tracking is available from APO Box only.

Shipping Notifications
Information regarding your order will be sent via the email address you provide, so be sure to check it regularly until your order has arrived. If there is a delay in shipping beyond the time frame noted, you are entitled to cancel the order and request a full refund, prior to shipping. Tracking information will be emailed to you from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com when the order is processed. Please make sure your email’s spam or junkmail filter has not blocked this email before contacting us for tracking information.
We ship only to the 50 United States and can only accept payment from cards or checks drawn from US banks. There are no exceptions.
