If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused product and its packaging within 60 days of the original purchase, along with a copy of the packing slip and any special instructions, to
Sharon Luggage Online 8000 Arrowridge Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28273-5604.
If you'd like to exchange for a different item, just make a note of the item and color you want and send that along too. We'll send your new item with no additional shipping charge.
Or, we'll be happy to provide a refund using the method by which you paid: by crediting your charge card, or if you mailed in your order and paid by check, we will issue you a check refund by mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received your item as a gift, you may exchange it for merchandise or a gift certificate. Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser.
Gift Certificates are not refundable, nor are personalized items. Returns must arrive in new condition--we suggest insurance and delivery confirmation. We cannot refund nor exchange used merchandise. If your item has been used, but there is a problem, see our Repair Options.

We will repair any damage to your purchase for the first two years at no charge. Just bring it to one of our locations or send it to our repair department. There is no charge for this additional guarantee.

Merchandise Repairs

The Repair Department at Sharon Luggage and Gifts will be happy to assist you by handling the repair of any item that you purchased from us. If you need an item repaired, or have questions concerning a repair, please email us at repair@sharonluggage.com or call us at 1-800-267-3142. Please describe the item and nature of the repair needed. We will promptly arrange the most efficient and effective process for repairing the merchandise. Charges may apply for items that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If a charge applies, you will only be charged for the actual cost of the repair work and any applicable shipping fees. Please note that "Lifetime Warranty" means the manufacturer guarantees repair at no charge for defects in materials and/or workmanship, not damage, wear, or abuse. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the product, not its owner, at the discretion of the manufacturer. A Lifetime Warranty does not guarantee replacement. Luggage warranties do not cover cosmetic wear, cleaning, lost or stolen bags, or damage to personal property or contents. The customer is responsible for getting the bag to the appropriate repair center, and for any applicable shipping charges. Below is a list of manufacturer's warranties:

Andiamo Luggage: The Iron-Clad Warranty: In addition to its regular lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, Andiamo offers three years of extra protection on Valoroso providing free repair (excluding shipping costs) no matter what the cause of damage. All other Andiamo Luggage: Lifetime against manufacturer's defects.
Boyt Luggage: Mach 4 Luggage--America's Premier Luggage WarrantyTM. Boyt will repair the bag free of charge (except shipping) no matter what the cause of the damage. All other Boyt Luggage: Lifetime against manufacturer's defects.
Briggs and Riley Luggage: Simple as That WarrantyTM. Briggs & Riley will repair the bag free of charge (except shipping) no matter what the cause of damage.
Dilana Luggage and Business Cases: Lifetime against manufacturer's defects.
Eagle Creek Luggage: Lifetime against manufacturer's defects.
Hartmann Luggage (Hartman Luggage): Lifetime against manufacturer's defects.
Pathfinder (Paragon) Avenger Luggage: 10 year against manufacturer's defects.
Pathfinder (Paragon) Revolution Luggage: Exclusive Bumper to Bumper Warranty: In addition to Paragon's limited lifetime warranty which covers manufacturer's defects for the life of the product, this enhanced warranty covers all damage for 2 years from the date of purchase. Just send the enclosed warranty card with proof of purchase to Paragon Luggage.
Ricardo Luggage (including Vera Bradley Luggage): Lifetime against manufacturer's defects.
Samsonite Luggage: 10 years (certain models) or Lifetime against manufacturer's defects.
Victorinox (Swiss Army) Luggage: Carry With Confidence Guarantee Plus on Tourbach, Carry With Confidence Guarantee on NXT 3.0, Werks 2.0, and Architecture lines covers repairs of a functional nature if the damage is caused by a common carrier through abuse or mishandling of your bag. This guarantee does not cover damage from ordinary wear and tear or the contents of your product. Registration required. All other products: Lifetime against manufacturer's defects.
Travelpro Luggage: Lifetime against manufacturer's defects. Platinum 5: "Comprehensive Warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the bag. You can trust that Platinum5 will hold up to the rigors of frequent travel, but occasionally common carriers mishandle your bag and damage occurs. The Platinum5 Worry-Free Warranty covers such functional repairs."
Tumi Luggage: 12 Months Worry Free total coverage, no matter what the cause of damage, with original receipt. 2 to 5 year warranty against manufacturer's defects, depending on the product. Processing fees may apply.
Zero Halliburton Cases: Lifetime against manufacturer's defects.
